FLIGHTS

Air
Upon completion of your registration, the NBLY Travel Concierge will contact you for review and approval of your flight itinerary. You will receive a copy of your e-ticket in your travel package provided approximately 7-10 days prior to travel.

Note: All flights on group travel dates will be monitored. In the event of major delays or flight cancellations, the NBLY Travel Concierge will notify you of alternative arrangements through the contact information you provide during registration.

Baggage Allowance
Your e-ticket will provide you with information regarding baggage allowance and restrictions, for both checked and carry-on baggage. Since security regulations are constantly changing, please check your airline website prior to departure for any last-minute changes.

Carry-on Items
Liquids (perfumes, gels, pastes, liquid cosmetics, creams, sprays, shaving creams, etc.) must be in containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml (3.4 ounces). These containers must then be placed in a clear, re-sealable plastic bag (available at the airport if needed) with a capacity of no more than one (1) liter; one bag per passenger is permitted.

Note: It is recommended that you pack a change of clothes/shoes, any necessary toiletries and medication in your carry-on.

Luggage Tags
It is essential that a luggage tag be securely attached to each piece of luggage to ensure correct delivery to your destination and easy to identify by the hotel. We also suggest that your address is noted somewhere on the inside of your luggage. Please remove all outdated tags from your luggage.

EXTENSIONS

Hotel Extensions at Host Hotel
If you wish to pre/post extend your stay, please indicate your request below. The NBLY Concierge Team will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability and applicable rates, as well as any associated air deviation fees. All costs will be shared with you for review and approval prior to confirming your extension and booking your flights. Approved hotel extensions and air deviation fees will be invoiced by Fenix and must be prepaid prior to arrival.

This would be treated the same as any vacation and all additional expenses would be considered personal, including deviation costs due to extension. There are a limited number of extended stay options due to relief coverage. Extended stay planning will need to be communicated to your Relief Coordinator and District Director. Based on capacity, an extended stay approval from your District Director will be necessary.

Climate
In May, the average daytime high in Niagara Falls, ON is 21°C (70°F), and average evening low is 10°C (48°F). Sunrise is approximately at 6:09AM, and sunset is at approximately 8:32PM.

Clothing
We recommend dressing in layers and comfortable attire. Pack a medium jacket and waterproof outer layer or umbrella. As well as comfortable footwear.

Individual Expenses
Items of a personal nature such as ‘at-your-leisure-activities’, gift purchases, spa charges and laundry, etc. will be at your own expense. You will be asked for a credit card upon check-in at the hotel to maintain an incidental account to cover your personal expenses. Please make sure you settle this account prior to checking out.

The official language of Niagara Falls, ON is English and French. English is the primary spoken language.
