Skip Bourdo - Chief Executive Officer, Neighbourly Pharmacy
Skip Bourdo is an accomplished pharmacy and healthcare executive with 30 years of industry experience. Mr. Bourdo had a successful 27-year career at Walgreens, one of North America's largest pharmacy chains, starting as a cashier, then store manager, and growing in positions of ever-increasing responsibility, including integration and business transformation roles, and culminating as Group Vice President, Pharmacy and Retail Field Operations for Walgreens' Western operations, where he oversaw a network covering 4,700 retail, health system and specialty pharmacy locations, generating over $46 billion in revenue, and employing over 120,000 team members in 29 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, serving nearly 4 million customers and patients every day.

Aska Patel - Pharmacist | Diverse Conversations Podcast Host | Innovator
Aska is a community pharmacist, currently providing clinical services in a home care setting. Aska is a 2012 graduate of University of Waterloo, School of Pharmacy, and
completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the same in 2016. Aska brings diverse insights and pharmacy experiences which include work experiences in community,
hospital, home care, and government settings. With a passion to make pharmacists an essential part of healthcare, Aska’s advocacy efforts focus on expanding scope of
practice, reimbursement and provider status, and an inclusive workplace for all. Aska serves as a member of the OPA Pharmacists Practice Committee and the Diversity
Taskforce, and participates on various other committees at organizations such as the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and Ontario Health.
